Melvin and I would like take this opportunity to thank you for the terrific service you provided us with recently in our quest to not only sell our home, but also to purchase a new home.

As you’ll recall, my husband kind of "stumbled" into you by fluke when he was viewing a property near your home. You immediately took the initiative to show him the property more thoroughly, then later arranged a showing for me as well. You provided us with more information in our brief meeting than we’d received prior to that from (2) different agents combined.

Nonetheless, we had just had another agent out to our house that very same day to get all the pertinent information necessary to do a market analysis for us. For that reason, I was originally remiss in seeking your assistance, yet your demeanor and professionalism was inviting just the same.

I think those two concepts alone sold us on pursuing your services. Not only did we feel comfortable with you personally and with your style, but we also appreciated your sincere desire to help us. Given the fact that this venture would be the single largest investment we’d ever make, we needed to feel confident we were dealing with someone who really wanted to work for us and had our best interest at heart. We had a "gut feeling" you were, in fact, the man for the job!

You came to our home the very next day, took measurements and photos, did behind-the-scenes research, then presented us with a beautifully bound market analysis that evening. Boy, was that impressive! We would have been foolish not to hire you! Call it a twist of fate / good luck or God’s good grace, but I believe we were truly blessed with this relationship – as it’s been a positive experience all the way around.

We’ve really appreciated your flexibility, your expertise / guidance and your perseverance. You were forthright and honest with us, always backing your words with timely action. You were patient with us when we were indecisive about various matters and always respected our concerns. You continued to pursue opportunities for us and worked around our hectic schedules when coordinating meetings and showings.

You sold our home in (2) days and made us $28,000 more in profits than another agent was even proposing. Incredible is all I can say!

Although we don’t anticipating buying / selling again anytime soon, we would surely seek your assistance again when the time’s appropriate. In the meantime, we’d be proud to refer our family and friends to you in a heartbeat. The service you provided us with was EXCEPTIONAL, and for that, we THANK YOU!
